Founder and Xperience Architect

Vaishali Sampath is the Founder and Xperience Architect at Interiors by DeX. She focuses on building structured, transparent, and client-first interior experiences. An entrepreneur since the age of 21, Vaishali has built and revived businesses across multiple market cycles. She played a key role in stabilising and reviving operations for a leading interior company during the COVID period, navigating uncertainty with discipline and clarity. Her work sits at the intersection of design thinking and execution rigour.

She believes that beautiful interiors are not created by creativity alone, but by strong systems, clear communication, and well-defined processes that protect both the client and the design intent. Vaishali holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Sales from IIM Lucknow and a Master’s degree in Interior Design from Lovely Professional University, Punjab. She is a recipient of the South Indian Startup Awards 2018 in the Aspiring Entrepreneur category and has experience working across Chennai, Hyderabad, and emerging markets.

Co Founder and Growth Director

Nanda Kumaran is the Co Founder and Growth Director at Interiors by DeX. He leads business growth, expansion strategy, and long-term scalability for the brand. With a strong background in construction engineering and interior business operations, Nanda brings a practical, business-first lens to every aspect of the company. He is deeply involved in building strategic partnerships, strengthening vendor ecosystems, and identifying new market opportunities for expansion.

His role focuses on ensuring that growth is structured and sustainable, without compromising on execution quality or client trust. He is known for aligning teams, partners, and processes with the larger vision of the organisation. Nanda holds a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management and is a certified LEED Green Associate and IGBC Accredited Professional. He has hands-on experience in building and scaling interior businesses and continues to play an active role in expanding the brand across geographies.
